I would like to open this message by expressing my heartfelt gratitude for your continuing support and interest in the TKP GROUP.
Founded in 2005, TKP is a forerunner in the area of corporate space-sharing. we have expanded our business scale and network and created a new space utilization business market by developing rental meeting rooms, accommodations, rental offices, and other peripheral services.
Although the business environment remained challenging in FY2021, just as same as FY2020, it reminded us of our three strengths of our overwhelming customer base, network, and operational capabilities. We did steadily and strongly promote new businesses for COVID-19 pandemic.
Amid the lingering effects of the spread of the COVID-19, we opened Vaccination Centers at 20 of our facilities nationwide and vaccinated total of 900,000 people in order to contribute to the normalization of economic activities.
In addition, we continued to implement measures to meet current demand, such as converting rental meeting rooms into temporary offices and opening webinar and livestream studio.
We believe that these efforts under the severe environment will not only come out in our financial performance during the term, but will certainly contribute to the TKP Group's growth over the mid-to-long term.
TKP group, as a leading company of space sharing business will continuously create value to meet the demand of the time and enhance the shareholders’ value further more.
